How do I get the files?

I have under 5k followers. Is this for me?

Yes. The guide was written for creators with roughly 1k to 20k followers, and several of the seven sources, like UGC, LinkedIn and your own digital product, don't depend on a big audience.

Do I need to open a company to start?

Usually not. In the US you can start as a sole proprietor with a free EIN (chapter 2). In Latvia and Romania, regular paid work usually means registering as self-employed with the tax office (VID) or as a PFA (chapters 15 and 16), and in Israel you open an exempt or licensed dealer file, osek patur or osek murshe (chapter 17). Each chapter explains when a company makes sense and who to ask.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. It's educational content based on official guidance from tax offices, consumer authorities and EU law, written by a Brazilian law student, not a lawyer or accountant in any of these countries. It helps you understand the rules and ask better questions. For decisions about your specific situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Which countries does it cover?

The setup and legal chapters cover the US (chapters 2 and 11), the EU (chapter 14), Latvia (15), Romania (16) and Israel (17), checked in October 2026. Living somewhere else? The method still applies, but check your local tax and advertising rules. Living in Brazil? There's a Portuguese edition written for Brazilian rules.
